Nothing
No amenities besides shampoo and soap. Towels were like dishcloths, no absorption left. Coffee maker broken. Tv difficult to use. Satellite service was not user friendly. No timer. No elevators. Keys always deactivating. Very low end facility. Would not return.

The place is wonderful small, the staff are attentive.
19 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in a great part of town.

Great welcome and service - eg directions over phone when SatNav took me to wrong place; printing of Boarding Pass; recommendations for eating out. The location of this hotel is igeal for SFO airport, 15 mins to south and San Carlos is a smart suburb in the (west) Bay Area, with great eating establishments in downtown area which is less than 10 mins safe walk away.

Nothing at all poor front desk
When I asked many questions, so the front desk shout at me and he said I'm asking many questions. In the next day I called front desk for room clean he said I should go out of my room while cleaning, I checked out and I went to other hotel.

Great pillows. Great towels! Hotel is old, but room was comfortable, bed was just right. I would definitely stay again if I was in that area. Great price!

Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, a great fitness centre, and thoughtful staff. On my first stay, they helped me with taxi tips, which I still remember. I highly recommend staying here!

Staff was quite courteous, even with a late evening check-in (the attendant walked me to my room as I was having trouble with the key!). The room was inviting, clean, with coffee available in my room. Would stay there again. A good value!
I was relieved that there was parking within the hotel immediate area. Traveling alone, I would not have liked parking in the back lot late at night! But, the neighborhood seemed quite safe!

Its proximity to the event to which I went.
I would have considered putting the heaters up a bit on the wall leaving floor space for occupant activity.

The place was sparkling clean and had a fab gym! Plus, the breakfast spread was really nice. Parking was easy, and no hunting for spots!
But my bed seemed like it was auditioning for a bouncy castle! And, let's just say my dreams of sleep were more like nightmares of road noise!

Everything a motel needs, aircon, fridge, large TV, good quality furnshings, clean.Short walk to town.
On the main road, no character, functional. Not really a holiday stop, more of a business one.
